It can act as an immediate rust remover or be used as a rust converter. rust remover: apply to solid rusty surface. leave for 2-3 minutes. remove dissolved residues and rinse. rust converter: apply to solid rusty surface, waiting for the transformation process which takes between 12 and 24 hours. (ensure that the surface is protected from water and rain during the first 3 hours). the surface will turn an opaque white colour. rinse thoroughly with clean water to complete the treatment.
