POWER TOOLS
The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date for consumers with an invoice. It is 24 months for those with a receipt or other proof of purchase. (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

INGCO PRODUCTS
The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date for consumers with an invoice. It is 24 months for those with a receipt or other proof of purchase. The warranty covers all product defects during the warranty period and is limited to its repair and/or replacement. It does not include any other obligations such as incidental or consequential damages. Repair/replacement under this warranty is free of charge. It does not constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period. Exchanged parts or tools become our property. For assistance, the product must be shipped or brought to one of our authorized Ingco dealers, taking care to pack it securely, without dangerous contents (e.g., gasoline). The sender's address must also be affixed, along with a brief description of the fault. In some countries, delivery or postal shipping costs must be paid by the sender. Legal rights arising from the purchase of the tool remain unaffected. The warranty is not valid if the product has been incorrectly connected, misused, or used in a manner other than that indicated in the instruction manual. In particular, the following conditions for non-applicability of the warranty are indicated below: any damage to the product due to incorrect maintenance; any damage caused by non-compliance with the instruction manual; any damage caused by external influences (chemical, physical, impact) or foreign substances; any damage to the product due to an incorrect fuel mixture (fuel, oil, oil percentage); any damage caused by inappropriate use, overloading of the tool; any damage caused by the use of unapproved accessories or parts; any damage caused by normal wear and tear of spare parts; any product connected to an incorrect power supply (for amperage, voltage, frequency); any product that has been altered or modified; any product whose original identification marks (trademarks, serial number) have been erased, altered, or removed; any product that has been subjected to an attempted repair by an unqualified professional or without Ingco's prior authorization; power tool accessories supplied with the tool or purchased separately. This exclusion includes, by way of example only, screwdriver bits, drill bits, abrasive discs, sandpaper, blades, and side guides; components (parts and accessories) subject to normal wear and tear including, by way of example only, maintenance kits, carbon brushes, bearings, chucks, drill bit attachments, power cables, auxiliary handles, carrying cases, sanding plates, dust collection bags, dust exhaust tubes, felt washers, pins and springs, wire heads, drive belts, clutches, hedge trimmer or lawnmower blades, harnesses, throttle cables, carbon brushes, gear teeth, fan and blower/vacuum tubes, vacuum cleaner bags and belts, guide bars, saw chains, connecting fittings, spray nozzles, wheels, dispensers, internal and external coils, cutting lines, air filters, gas filters, mulching blades, etc.

This warranty is valid in Italy. Outside these areas, contact the authorized INGCO dealer to inquire if another warranty is valid. Once the device reaches us, a technical inspection will assess whether your device will be repaired or replaced by an equivalent device. The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

GARDENING (TIMERS)
The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date for consumers with an invoice. It is 24 months for those with a receipt or other proof of purchase. (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

GARDENING (IRRIGATION GUN)
The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

TOOLS
The warranty period is 12 months from the product purchase date (shipping costs at the customer's expense)

WORK SHOES
If worn and used, they are excluded from eligibility for this category. However, if they are only opened to be tried on/measured and to check the correct size, you can take advantage of the 14-day free return policy.

INSECTICIDES - REPELLENTS - FERTILIZERS
Since these are products sealed, once opened, they are not covered by warranty. However, if they are not opened, you can take advantage of the 14-day free return policy.
