Cosema Store offers a fast and reliable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your products.
Delivery costs:
Shipments in Italy cost 9.90€, they are FREE for orders over 69.00€
Shipments to Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland) cost 19.90€.
Our Couriers
The courier used for your shipment will be chosen based on the period and destination area. This allows us to offer the most efficient and convenient solution for you and your customers. We only use express couriers including: BRT (Bartolini), Poste Italiane, GLS, SDA.
Packaging and processing times:
Our team is committed to carefully preparing and packaging your orders within 1 business day of purchase. We guarantee extreme care in handling products to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
Shipping times:
- Italy (excluding islands): the courier delivers within 2-3 business days
- Italian islands: the courier delivers within 3-5 business days
- Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland): the courier delivers within 2-5 working days
Shipping times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. We will promptly provide you with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Once the courier takes charge of it, we will send you an email to notify you that the package has been dispatched.
